• Securing debt obligations through confessions of judgment and personal guaranty’s.
• Successfully representing a foreign publisher in litigation concerning the misappropriation and infringement of his original works.
• Obtaining third-party subpoenas against parties with knowledge located in foreign jurisdictions through commissions and letters rogatory.
• Representing prominent automobile dealership in connection with service department issues and human resources matters.
• Winning dismissal of spurious claims filed against companies by disgruntled ex-employees and contractors.
• Defending and counter-claiming in a declaratory judgment action against a company alleging no-Lanham Act violations and obtaining a settlement gaining a full injunction against the company that had originally filed suit.
• Obtaining civil judgments against nefarious mortgage and real estate broker who operated a ponzi scheme defrauding innocent victims located in Bronx and Westchester Counties.

Prior Experience

Litigated against partners from prominent New York City law firms in contract disputes, trademark and copyright claims, theft or misappropriation of trade secrets, employment law matters. Negotiated employment and termination agreements. Drafted licensing and distributing agreements. Commercial lease negotiations.
